The die-cutting and labeling Feida is an integrated fallback Feida, which uses a fully automatic process to complete the dispensing of die-cutting adhesive paper.
The main transmission forms of this Feida are: screw rod+guide rail transmission, synchronous wheel+synchronous belt transmission; There are a total of 6 major institutions:
1. Main discharge shaft mechanism
2. Scrap collection shaft mechanism
3. Scrap receiving shaft mechanism
4. Material buffer mechanism
5. Stripping knife glue release mechanism
6. Bottom film pressing mechanism
The mechanical part utilizes integrated servo motors, integrated stepper motors, and cylinders to achieve the connection between various workstations. The control part is composed of a human-machine interface (HMI), multiple sensors, and a PLC to drive the mechanical part to achieve reliable sequential action.
