Performance/Features
The production line design manually affixes magnetic cards and labels on reagent bottles while meeting the specifications of each workstation and product process requirements.
Manually move the pasted reagents onto the conveyor line (6 people) and flow them to the lower position → Label the paper box and open the paper box (1 person) → Load the reagents into the box (1 person) → Insert the instructions and cover the box (1 person) → Pull the tape to guide the flow to the upper and side scan code positions → Then flow to the card reading position → Read the content of the magnetic card and cache it in the database of the traceability system → Find the corresponding content in the database through the UID of the reagent bottle magnetic card → Automatically bind with the paper box label content system → Bind NG directly to remove → Bind OK → Weigh and finally reach the RFID workstation (1 person).
The mechanical part utilizes the combination of motors and cylinders to achieve the connection between various workstations. The control part is composed of a human-machine interface (HMI), multiple sensors, and a PLC to drive the mechanical part to achieve reliable sequential action.
