The equipment adopts fully automatic size detection for the length, width, and thickness of the battery cell.
The device is equipped with an edge gateway, data collection system, scanning card station, and a real-time data upload and traceability management MES system. This equipment adopts a four station layout: width detection station, head thickness detection station, body thickness detection station, and length detection station; The mechanical part utilizes a servo motor and cylinder to achieve the connection between various workstations.
The control part is composed of a human-machine interface (HMI), multiple sensors, and a PLC, which drives the mechanical part to achieve reliable sequential action, achieve continuous production, ensure quality, achieve high economic efficiency, and create benefits for the enterprise.
