Performance/Features
The device adopts semi-automatic size detection for the length, width, and thickness (head thickness and body thickness) of the battery cell.
This device adopts a rotating robotic arm for transmission, consisting of four workstations: manual feeding and rotating feeding, length and width detection position (driven by a through motor), body thickness detection position (dual workstation), and head thickness detection position; The mechanical part utilizes a servo motor and cylinder to achieve the connection between various workstations.
The control part is composed of a human-machine interface (HMI), multiple sensors, and a PLC to drive the mechanical part to achieve reliable sequential action.
