This equipment is a rotary table type four station: manual feeding station, oCV detection and pre shaping station, pole ear cutting station, pole ear shaping station; The mechanical part utilizes a servo motor and SMC cylinder to achieve the connection between various workstations.
The control part is composed of a human-machine interface (HMI), multiple sensors, and a PLC, which drives the mechanical part to achieve reliable sequential action. Therefore, the quality of the product has been greatly improved, meeting the quality requirements of the product. This equipment is a multi-functional development equipment.
