This equipment mainly uses CCD to complete the inspection automatically, and the front position machine checks the nickel laser welding spot.
The equipment is equipped with an edge gateway, data acquisition system, scanning card station, and real-time data upload and traceability management MES system. Qualified products are inspected and sent to the workstation for pole ear bending. After bending, the material picking robot is sent to the lower machine, and defective products are sent to the NG assembly line;
The mechanical part utilizes a servo motor and cylinder to achieve the connection between various workstations. The control part is composed of a human-machine interface (HMI), multiple sensors, and a PLC, which drives the mechanical part to achieve reliable sequential action, achieve continuous production, ensure quality, achieve high economic efficiency, and create benefits for the enterprise.
