The equipment automatically completes the PCM board welding process of the battery cell.
The device is equipped with an edge gateway, data collection system, scanning card station, and a real-time data upload and traceability management MES system. This equipment adopts four station mechanism of rotary table: feeding and discharging process position, secondary positioning process position of electric core, PCM board feeding process position, laser welding process position; The mechanical part utilizes a servo motor and cylinder to achieve the connection between various workstations.
The control part is composed of a human-machine interface (HMI), multiple sensors, and a PLC, which drives the mechanical part to achieve reliable sequential action, achieve continuous production, ensure quality, achieve high economic efficiency, and create benefits for the enterprise.
